Refunds
Our Refund Policy is simple. If you order a service and wish to cancel before the service is received, we’ll gladly issue a full refund. Once you have received the service, please contact us with any issues and we’ll do our best to resolve them. Because we have a history of appreciation for our work, this is rarely needed.
Gifts
You may purchase a service as a gift for friends and family, as long as you have permission from them to furnish us with their birth information, and you take responsibility for their receipt of that information. Our refund policy still applies, if the person doesn’t want the gift of our service, we’ll gladly refund your gift before delivery of the service.
